Our Company was among the first of it's kind in the United States to obtain ISO 9001 registration. ISO, or International Standard Organization, is recognized worldwide for its implementation of a Quality Control System (QCS). The QCS assures improvement and consistency of all Company operations. We received our registration through BSI (British Standards Institution), the world's foremost, testing, and certification organization. As the first ISO registration Co. to be recognized by creditors, BSI created the Credit Counseling Code of Practice. For a company to be registered by BSI, it must adhere to both the Code of Practice and the ISO requirements. We achieved this in 2001. Since then, we are audited every six months to prove that we have maintained the standards outlined in our Quality Control System. We also do daily, weekly and monthly reviews of each department to continually maintain and improve our service to our clients. Quite frankly, we are the best at what we do.
